JSON TO CSV CONVERTER
Turn JSON records
into a CSV file.
Paste a flat JSON array or open a .json file.
Convert and download a table without uploading your data.
JSON to CSV
Up to 1 MB. JSON → CSV requires an array of flat objects.
HOW IT WORKS
JSON to CSV
without the guesswork.
Convert an array of records
- Paste a JSON array of flat objects, or select Open file.
- Select Convert. Each object becomes a row and each key becomes a column.
- Review the output and conversion note, then download the CSV.
Example: export an inventory list
[{"sku":"001","quantity":12},{"sku":"002","quantity":8}]This creates the columns sku and quantity with two data rows. Values containing commas, quotes or line breaks are quoted correctly. Use Example above to try a working sample.
Different keys across records
The output columns contain the union of all keys, in first-seen order. If a record has no value for a column, the cell is empty. A JSON null also becomes an empty cell, so missing and null values cannot be distinguished after export.
Nested objects are not flattened
CSV represents rows and columns. Nested objects and arrays are rejected instead of silently turned into text or discarded. Prepare a flat array before using this converter. It accepts up to 1 MB and retains large numeric literals without rounding.
Opening the result in a spreadsheet
CSV has no column types. Import identifier columns as text to preserve leading zeros such as 001. Formula-like cells and headers receive an apostrophe prefix to reduce spreadsheet formula interpretation; the conversion report gives the count. This changes those cell values, so review the result before importing it into another system.
